Please read the below booking & appointment policies.
APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
- All bookings are by appointment only
- You will receive my full address once your appointment is confirmed
- You should check the location and plan your route prior to your appointment to ensure on time arrival
- If you are running late, you should notify me prior to your scheduled appointment time
- I allow up to 10 minutes late window, after that your appointment may be cancelled, including a cancellation charge, or a late charge.
- You should avoid wearing any makeup to your appointment

BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
- All appointments are subject to a non-refundable booking fee
- Booking fees can only be transferred once to an alternative appointment with a minimum of 14 days notice
- If less than 14 days notice, a new booking fee will be required

CANCELLATIONS
- All cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice
- If less than 48 hours notice is given, the full cost of the appointment will be charged
